Sector overview
Power generation equipment fails expensively and publicly, so the paperwork behind a component matters as much as the component. Every part we ship into this sector carries heat-lot traceability back to the mill certificate.
The technical problem is usually thermal. Housings that are true at 20 °C and out of tolerance at 400 °C are not acceptable, so stress relief, machining sequence, and datum strategy are planned together.
We support both new-build programs and long-tail spares, including components whose original tooling no longer exists.
