Overview
Brightwater Works runs 96 machine tools across three temperature-stabilized machining halls, split between prototype and low-volume cells, a mid-volume mill-turn group, and a lights-out pallet system that carries production overnight.
The work we do best is the work that is difficult to hold: thin-wall housings that move when clamped, deep pockets in stainless, features that must stay true after heat treat. Fixture design is treated as part of the process, not an accessory to it.
Every program includes a documented tool life strategy. Insert changes happen on a count, not when a part goes out of tolerance.
