Ground support equipment, tooling, and test structures produced under AS9100D discipline with first article inspection on every configuration.
Sector overview
We do not produce flight hardware. We produce the equipment that supports it: ground handling structures, assembly tooling, and test rigs where a dimensional error transfers directly into an aircraft assembly.
AS9100D discipline governs the work — configuration control, first article inspection to AS9102, and change control that treats a minor revision as a revision.
Large tooling structures are measured by laser tracker in the as-built condition, and delivered with the alignment record the customer will re-verify against in service.
REQSector requirements
Every revision is a controlled change, with build records tied to the exact configuration shipped.
AS9102-format first article inspection on every new configuration and after any change affecting form, fit, or function.
Laser tracker verification of tooling structures in the as-built condition, with the alignment record delivered.
Welding, heat treatment, and finishing performed to approved procedures by qualified personnel, with records retained.
Certification scope and current certificate numbers are listed on the quality page.
CAPCapabilities used
Production tooling, progressive dies, and inspection fixtures designed and cut in-house, so tooling lead time never becomes program lead time.
View capabilityA climate-controlled metrology hall, portable measurement on the shop floor, and inspection data that ships with the parts.
View capabilityStructural weldments to 40 tonnes, with coded welding procedures, stress relief, and large-envelope machining under one roof.
