How we run this capability

Vela Norte Assembly builds finished modules from components made across the group and from your nominated suppliers. Fourteen assembly cells run mixed-model, with torque, leak, and functional test integrated into the line rather than bolted on at the end.

Torque-critical joints are driven by transducerized tools that record every fastener against the serial number of the assembly. If a joint was not verified, the assembly does not advance.

Cleanliness-controlled builds run in a dedicated 320 m² clean assembly room for customers whose systems will not tolerate particulate.
